Regular practice strengthens and calms the nervous system and helps to bring peace of mind.

Yoga Therapy is a powerful tool for healing on a multidimensional level. Yoga therapy can be very therapeutic for a wide range of things such as sciatica, joint pain, arthritis, anxiety, depression, hypertension, asthma, hypertension, digestive disorders, and autoimmune diseases.

It is not your typical fitness oriented yoga class and is suitable for everyone.


Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is a dynamic body work therapy based on Yoga, Ayurveda and traditional medicine from Thailand. In this unique healing system the practitioner guides the recipient through a series of yoga postures while palming and thumbing pressure points and vital lines of the recipient’s musculature. It works by increasing flexibility through movement, relaxing the muscles and nervous system with various pressure techniques, as well as balancing the energy system of the body through the use of pressure points known as marma points in Yoga and Ayurveda.
