Welcome

People all over the US are becoming aware of the amazing results that a regular yoga practice can bring. Newbies and seasoned practitioners alike experience the immediate and long term positive affects that result from practicing. The medical field now recognizes the health benefits of yoga, and the good news is -- that it can be practiced at any age.

On a physical level, practicing yoga has proven to reduce tension, increase strength and flexibility, promote weight loss and a healthy lifestyle, improve balance, improve posture, and even correct some physical deformaties and provide relief from chronic diseases. On a mental level, yoga has been found to improve concentration, increase clarity in thinking, quiet the mind, and give us the skills to remain calm in difficult situations.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is a powerful tool for healing on a multidimensional level. Yoga therapy sees us not only as physical bodies, but as mind and spirit that when integrated create optimal health and vitality. Chronic stress and disease, injuries, and many other issues are addressed at the physical level, as well as the energetic and other deeper levels according to the individual's needs. Yoga therapy can be very therapeutic for a wide range of things such as sciatica, joint pain, arthritis, anxiety, depression, hypertension, diabetes, neurological disorders, obesity, asthma, hypertension, digestive disorders, and autoimmune diseases.

Yoga Therapy is available only by individual session or by very small group classes. It is not your typical fitness oriented yoga class and is suitable for everyone.
