Yoga Therapy is a powerful tool for healing on a multidimensional level. Yoga therapy sees us not only as physical bodies, but as mind and spirit that when integrated create optimal health and vitality. Chronic stress and disease, injuries, and many other issues are addressed at the physical level, as well as the energetic and other deeper levels according to the individual's needs. Yoga therapy can be very therapeutic for a wide range of things such as sciatica, joint pain, arthritis, anxiety, depression, hypertension, diabetes, neurological disorders, obesity, asthma, hypertension, digestive disorders, and autoimmune diseases. Yoga Therapy is available only by individual session or by very small group classes. It is not your typical fitness oriented yoga class and is suitable for everyone.
